Integreon Management Solution

Our office for Integreon Management Solution is tucked away at B1/3 inside the Hindalco Ind. Ltd. grounds over in Khutli Khanvel. Being in Silvassa means we are surrounded by a lot of factories and industrial buildings. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, especially when the roads are dusty or the rain starts coming down hard during the monsoon. The air is always thick with the sound of machinery from the plants nearby. We have been set up here for some time now, handling whatever tasks come our way. Inside, it is mostly just us working at our stations. It gets pretty quiet when everyone is focused. We use the local canteen for most of our meals since there are not many shops right outside the gate. Silvassa is an interesting place to work because it feels far away from the big city rush of Mumbai or Pune. Everything moves at a slightly different pace here. We have a few windows that look out toward the greenery, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. People usually find us by following the signs for Hindalco. The security at the gate is used to people asking for our unit. It is a plain workspace with some old chairs and a lot of cables running around the floor, but it works for what we do every day. We just get on with it and try to stay productive until the evening shift ends.
