Industrial Boilers Ltd is spread out across units 225-1/B, 226, 227, and 228 in the Vapi Industrial Township. Being in the GIDC area, we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and manufacturing units. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so the air is always filled with the sounds of machinery and trucks moving in and out. Our place is more of a workshop and storage area than a shiny office. We deal with boilers, which are big, heavy things, so we need all that space. The floors are concrete, and there’s usually a bit of grease or dust around, which is expected in this line of work. We’ve been operating in Vapi for a long time. The team here is mostly made up of people who have been doing this for years. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the metal and the mechanics. Our day starts early when the trucks arrive, and it ends when the last of the paperwork is filed. It’s hot in the summer and can get quite damp during the monsoon, but the work doesn't stop. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If something needs fixing, we just go and fix it. People know us in the GIDC as the boiler guys. It’s a tough environment, but it’s where we feel at home. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s noisy and messy, but it’s honest labor.
