H. B. Blocks

H. B. Blocks is located right in Tokwara-Village, which is part of the Laluka-Pardi area. We are situated quite close to Nh No. 8, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Being near the highway makes it easier for trucks to pull in and out when they are picking up a load. We mainly focus on making blocks that people use for building walls and other structures around their homes or farms. It is dusty work and the sun can be really strong out here in the village. We have a few guys working the mixers and the molds every day. It’s a routine that we’ve gotten used to over time. The village life is quiet, but our yard stays busy enough. We don't put on a show or use fancy words. If you need blocks, you come to the village and see what we have stacked up in the yard. Sometimes the colors vary slightly because of the sand we get, but that is just how it goes with this kind of work. We handle the heavy lifting ourselves most of the time. People from Pardi and the surrounding spots know us. We don't have a big office, just a small place to sit and talk with visitors. It’s been our way of doing things for a while now. We keep the machines maintained and just keep going because that is what needs to be done.
