Om Print

If you are looking for our shop, we are at L-610 in Gidc, right near Balaji Kanta. Most people in this area know where Balaji Kanta is, so it’s a good landmark. Om Print is a small setup, nothing too grand. We do mostly printing work, which means we are constantly surrounded by the smell of ink and the sound of the rollers spinning. It can get pretty messy with the dyes and paper scraps if you aren't keeping an eye on things. We have stacks of paper and different materials waiting to be printed on. The Gidc area is always busy with people and trucks, and we fit right into that. We don't have any fancy decorations—just our equipment and maybe some old samples of work lying around. It’s a practical workspace. We spend our hours checking the prints and making sure the machines are running correctly. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon getting it back online, which is a headache but it’s part of the trade. We aren't some giant company; it’s just a few of us making sure we get through the daily pile of work. The area near Balaji Kanta is always full of life and movement. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we just keep the presses going every day. It’s a simple life of ink and paper at Om Print. We don't need much.
