Our company, Gadhia Solar Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., is based at Plot No. 86 in the Old GIDC area of Gundlav. Being in an older industrial zone means the buildings have some character, and maybe a few cracks here and there. We spend our time working on solar technology. A lot of what we do involves looking at panels, checking circuits, and figuring out the best way to set things up for people. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep it simple. The yard is often full of frames and glass, and we have to be careful where we step. Gundlav is an industrial hub, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We don't have a polished showroom. Most of our work happens right here in the workshop or out at a site where we’re installing things. Our team is a group of practical people who know their way around a toolkit. We aren't interested in making big, fancy speeches about the future. We just focus on making sure the solar systems we put together actually work and save people some trouble. It’s a busy life at Plot No. 86, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just take things one project at a time.
