Our company, Durand Forms India Pvt. Ltd., operates out of C-1b/105/1. 2. 3 Gidc Estate. It’s a series of units we’ve put together to give us enough space for our operations. The Gidc Estate is a massive place, and our corner of it is usually packed with materials and finished forms. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor, making sure the metal and the molds are ready for the next step. It’s loud, and there’s always something being moved around by the forklift. We don't have a lot of office space, just enough for a couple of desks and the filing cabinets. Most of us prefer being out where the actual work happens anyway. The address can be a bit confusing for new delivery drivers because of the way the numbers are set up at C-1b/105/1. 2. 3, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know where we are. We don't use much fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people working together. The days are long, especially when we have a lot of orders to get out the door. We eat our lunch together in a small break area and then get right back to the work. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. There are no big speeches or corporate slogans, just the daily grind in the Gidc Estate where we get things done.
