Posterum Labs Private Limited is located over in Hajipur, specifically in the Ander Quila area of Vaishali. The office is at the residence of Tara Kumari Rai, who is the wife of Ram Kumar. Ander Quila is an interesting part of Hajipur with a lot of local history around it. Our setup is pretty humble compared to big city offices. We work from a space that feels more like a house because it basically is one. There aren't any big glass partitions or corporate lobbies here. It’s just a room where we can sit down and focus on what needs to be done for the business. Being in Vaishali means we are away from the massive chaos of the bigger cities, which is nice for us. We have our desks and our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the way we work. The daily pace is steady and calm. We aren't rushing around trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or a glass building. We just care about getting the job done right from where we are. People in the neighborhood know us, and it feels like a very local operation. Sometimes the cows walk past the gate, and you can hear the sounds of the town throughout the day. It’s a very real environment to work in. We like the simplicity of it all. Running Posterum Labs from Ander Quila keeps us connected to our roots while we handle the business side of things every day.
