We are located in the Manjalpur area of Vadodara, in a place called Tirupati Society. Specifically, we are in unit A1. One of the landmarks people use to find us is the nearby Smasan, or the local cremation ground. It sounds a bit unusual, but it’s just a part of the neighborhood we are in. Manjalpur is a nice residential area, and our office is quite modest. We are an LLP focused on farms and agriculture, so we spend a lot of our time dealing with things that happen outside the city, even though our main base is here in the society. The office is just a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with people who are interested in what we do. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We have a very relaxed way of working, and most of us have known each other for a long time. There is no dress code or big corporate rules here. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and try to keep the business healthy. The Tirupati Society is a quiet enough place, and we appreciate the calm when we are trying to get through a mountain of paperwork. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just want to run our farm-related business in a way that is honest and makes sense for our small team here in Vadodara.
