We are located over at Plot 1437 in the GIDC area of Waghodia. If you know the industrial estate, we aren't too hard to find. It’s a busy place with a lot of trucks coming and going all the time. Working with rubber is a dirty job, there’s no way around that. You end up with black dust on your hands and clothes by the end of every shift. We’ve got a group of people who have been with us for years, and they know the machines better than anyone. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a decent job every day. The smell of the raw rubber is something you get used to after a week or two, though visitors usually notice it right away. We spend our mornings going over the production schedules and seeing what needs to be shipped out. There’s always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a belt or a motor acting up. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical kind of business. We don't have a big reception area with fancy chairs. Usually, if someone comes to see us, we just talk out on the shop floor or in the small office space we have. It’s mostly about making sure the molds are right and the heat is at the correct temperature. That’s what our days look like, day in and day out. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
