Vertex Exim

Our place is in the Jaldhara Complex, units 306 and 307. It’s near Manisha Crossing on Old Padra Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. We’ve been here for several years now. Vertex Exim is just the name we use for the business, but really, it’s just the three of us in this office most days. The space is okay, we have enough room for our desks and a small table where we have our lunch together. The windows look out towards the crossing, and the traffic light there is always turning green and red. It’s always interesting to see what’s happening outside on the street. The building itself is older, but it works for us. We don’t need anything flashy or high-tech. Most of our work is on the computer or over the phone. We get a lot of mail every day. Sorting through it takes up a good chunk of the morning and can be a bit tedious. We try to stay on top of everything, but the paperwork never ends. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through it all. We have a small kettle for tea, and that gets a lot of use every single hour. The elevator in the complex can be slow, so we often take the stairs instead. It’s good exercise for us. We know the security guard and the other people in the building. It’s a decent place to be. We just keep doing our thing here. Nothing more.
