Vatodar Green Waterfarms Llp

We are based in Vadodara, over in the Pratapnagar area. You can find us at Sunderbaug Tower on Makarpura Road, in unit 8/A-4. We call ourselves Green Waterfarms because we are really into growing things using water systems. It’s different from the usual way of farming in the dirt. We spend a lot of our time looking at pipes, water pumps, and checking on the plants. It’s a lot of trial and error, to be honest. Sometimes a pump will stop working in the middle of the night and we have to rush over to fix it. The office is where we do the planning, but the real interesting stuff happens where the water is flowing. Vadodara has a decent climate for what we are trying to do. We aren't a huge company, just a few of us who think this is a smart way to grow food. It takes up less space and uses less water overall. People in the building sometimes ask us what we are doing with all the plastic tubs and tubes. We just tell them we are growing greens. It’s a bit messy and our shoes are usually wet by the end of the day. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything. We just focus on the plants and the water levels. It’s hard work, but seeing the plants grow without any soil is pretty cool.
