This is our spot at 15 Pratapganj Halpati Was, right in Koli Faliya. It is a local place and most people around here know where it is. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our daily work. It’s not a big corporate building or anything like that. It’s just a simple room where we take care of things. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, especially in the evenings when everyone is out on the street. Koli Faliya has a lot of families and small shops, so you always see familiar faces. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. The office itself is pretty basic with just enough room for a desk and some chairs. It can get a bit warm in the summer, but we make do with the fan. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot. There is always some noise from the street, maybe kids playing or someone selling vegetables. It’s just a normal, everyday kind of place to work. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us handling whatever comes up during the day. It’s a quiet life most of the time, and we like it that way in Pratapganj. There isn't much to say other than we are here if anyone needs us for the usual stuff. We just get through the work as it comes without making any big deal about it.
