We’re located over in Gotri, Vadodara. Specifically, we are in Ananta Trendz, shop FF-109/C, which is right near Narayan Garden. It’s a nice enough area and usually pretty active during the day. We handle real estate stuff here in the city. It’s not something we do with a lot of fanfare or big advertisements. We just open up the shop in the morning and see who comes in needing help with a house or some land. Vadodara is a good place to live, and Gotri has been growing a lot lately. We’ve seen many new families moving in over the last couple of years. Our office isn't some high-tech space with glass walls; it’s just where we sit and work through the details of property deals. It can be a lot of back and forth with buyers and sellers. We try to stay grounded and just give honest answers when we're asked questions. If someone asks about a property, we tell them the good and the bad. It saves everyone a lot of time and trouble in the long run. Sometimes we're out checking out new sites near Narayan Garden or even further out. The days go by fast when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Vadodara. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. That’s pretty much how we run things every day.
