Shah Industrial Park

You’ll find the office for Shah Industrial Park on the first floor of the Shreeji Complex. We’re right above Bhavna Travells, so just look for their sign and head up the stairs. It’s easy to find because we’re right across from the water tank. The office is usually humming with the sound of the fan and people coming in to ask about space or talk about their units. It’s a busy spot, especially with the travel agency downstairs. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and lease agreements. It’s not a shiny new building, but it’s sturdy and it works for us. We’ve been here for a while, and we know everyone in the complex. The windows look out over the street, which is usually full of traffic and people heading to the tank. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just manage the park and try to keep things running smoothly for the businesses that rent from us. Sometimes the power flickers, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s home for our business. We’re just regular people trying to keep the industrial park organized. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through keys or talking to a contractor about some repairs that need doing. It’s just how we get through the day. We try to be fair and keep our ears open when tenants have problems.
