Ushai Sales & Services

Ushai Sales & Services is located at number 90 in Vadodara. It’s a pretty simple shop where we do a bit of everything related to sales and fixing things. We don’t have a massive showroom with glass walls. It’s more of a practical space where people bring in stuff that needs looking at. The shelves are mostly filled with spare parts and boxes of new items waiting to be sold. We spend a lot of our day talking to locals who drop by with questions. Vadodara is a good city for this kind of work, and we’ve made a lot of friends over the years just by being here. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with equipment, and you have to navigate around the piles of boxes. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is free just goes to the counter to help. Our tools are a bit old, but they work just fine for what we need. It can get hot in the afternoons, so we have a few fans going all the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do a decent job and make sure the people who buy from us are satisfied. It’s a small, family-style operation where everyone knows how to handle a screwdriver or a sales ledger. That’s just how we’ve always done it here in town.
