United Instrument Services is located at G 1 in Balaji Arcade on Rajesh Tower Road. We are right next to the HP petrol pump, which makes us very easy to find in Harinagar. The road outside is always full of cars and scooters, so there is a constant hum of traffic. We work with instruments, which means we spend a lot of time with screwdrivers and testing equipment. The workbench is always cluttered with parts and wires. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit because you’re likely to get some oil or dust on you. We aren't a big service center with a fancy waiting room. Most people just stand by the counter while we take a look at what they’ve brought in. We’ve been in Vadodara for a long time and we know our way around most types of instruments. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we explain what's wrong. We just tell you if it can be fixed or if it’s time to get a new one. Sometimes we have to wait for a part to arrive from another city, and we just tell the customer that. We aren't trying to be the biggest business on Gotri Road. We just want to do honest work and keep the shop going. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy every day.
