United Forge Industries

We’ve been at Plot No-279 in the GIDC Industrial Area for a while now. Most people around Por and Ramangamdi know where we are. It’s an industrial spot, so things are usually pretty busy here with trucks coming in and out. United Forge Industries isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with forging work mostly. Some days the heat is a bit much but that's just how the job is. We keep our tools ready and try to stay on top of the orders that come through the gate. It isn't always quiet. There is a lot of noise from the machines, but we are used to it by now. The team here just focuses on the metal and making sure it turns out right before it leaves the yard. We aren't trying to do anything complicated, just standard work that people need from us. If you walk past the shop, you’ll see us working on whatever is on the floor that day. Sometimes it's a small batch, other times it's a lot of pieces. We just handle it as it comes. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a big office or anything, just the shop floor and a small desk for paperwork. It works for us. We've seen a lot of changes in the area over the years but we stay right here. Usually, someone is around from early morning until the evening shifts finish up.
