Unitech Instruments, Vadodara

Unitech Instruments is located in Vadodara, specifically in the Helix Complex over in Sayaji Gunj. We’re in rooms 503 and 504, right across from the Surya Hotel. It’s a central part of the city, so it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge around here. We deal with various types of instruments used in different industries. The office is usually stacked with boxes and equipment waiting to be checked or sent out to customers. Vadodara has a lot of chemical and engineering companies, so there is always a demand for what we do. We aren't a huge corporation with a lot of departments; we're just a local business trying to provide what’s needed. The building is usually quite busy with other offices, and you can hear the city sounds from our windows all day long. We don't spend much on decorating the place or making it look like a showroom. We’d rather have the right tools and testing gear in the back. The people who work here have been with us for a while, and they know the equipment inside out. We don’t have a script for when people call or come in. We just talk to them like normal people and see if we can help with their instrument needs. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just focus on the work we have in front of us and try to make sure every instrument is working correctly.
