We operate out of B 4 on the Padra Gotri Road. Specifically, we are inside the Santram Resident Cum Plaza. It’s a mixed-use building, so you have people living upstairs and shops or offices like ours on the lower levels. Being part of The Punjab State Cooperative Supply And Marketing Federation Ltd. means we have a lot of different things moving at once. It’s not just one person’s show; there’s a whole group of us here trying to keep the supplies moving and the marketing side of things on track. The office is often full of bags, samples, and various documents. It’s a busy atmosphere. People are always coming in from the farms or the supply routes. Padra Gotri Road is a main artery, so we get a lot of traffic passing by. The plaza itself is a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before, but once you find B 4, it’s straightforward. We don't have fancy interior decorators or anything. We use functional metal desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s all about the work, not the looks. We deal with a lot of coordination between different departments. Sometimes the phones all ring at the same time and it gets a bit chaotic. But we manage to get the orders out. It’s a practical place for practical people. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and it suits our needs perfectly.
