We are here at Shop No-6 in Akhand Dhara Avenue. It is right on Sama Main Road in Vadodara. The Sahajanand Saw Mill is just across from us. You can usually hear the wood being cut during the day. It gets quite dusty on Sama Road, so I spend a lot of time wiping the counters at Shree Uma Medical And Provision Store. Actually, it is a never-ending job. We have been in this part of 390002 for a while now. Most days start early by pulling up the shutter and checking the stock. People come in for all sorts of things, not just medicine. We keep basic household provisions too. The traffic outside is always moving fast toward the main intersection. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the trucks going to the mill. We just stay busy inside. The shelves are packed with bottles and boxes of daily needs. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular shop where we try to keep everything organized. When the afternoon sun hits the front of Akhand Dhara Avenue, it gets pretty warm inside. We have the usual regulars who stop by on their way home. Nothing much changes around here, just the same daily routine of helping people find what they need for their homes or their health. It is a simple life running a store in this part of Vadodara.
