We are tucked away in Alkapuri, specifically in Swanand Society. It is a bit quieter here than on the main roads, which is nice for the kind of work we do every day. We mostly deal with electronics and small repairs. The shop is full of tiny screws, circuit boards, and thin wires. We spend a lot of time peering through magnifying glasses to see what is wrong. It is delicate work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we are waiting on a specific part to arrive, so things can pile up on the workbenches for a while. We do not have a polished storefront with a glass window. It feels more like a hobbyist’s den that eventually turned into a real business. People from the society often drop by with their broken gadgets or remotes. We take a look and tell them if it can be fixed easily or if it is time to just get something new. There is usually a small radio playing softly in the background to keep us company. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the bench at that moment. It is a relaxed atmosphere. We have been in Swanand Society for a good while, and we like the slower pace here. Alkapuri can be very busy, but our little corner stays pretty calm. We just keep our heads down and focus on the screens and the soldering irons.
