Shree Matangi Medical & Provision Store

Our shop is on Gudopant Street in Vadodara. It’s a pretty narrow street so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We sell a mix of things here, mostly medicines and daily provisions that people in the neighborhood need. It's a small place and the shelves are quite packed with all sorts of boxes and jars. We spend a lot of time checking dates on the medicine packets and making sure we have enough milk and bread for the morning rush. In the afternoons, when the sun is really hot, the shop stays quiet and we just sit under the fan. People come in for small things, maybe a strip of pills or a packet of biscuits. We know most of our regular customers by name because they live just a few houses away. It isn't a supermarket, just a local store where you can get what you need quickly. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road for a bit when they drop off the new stock. We just try to keep things organized so we can find whatever someone asks for without keeping them waiting. It gets a bit messy behind the counter with all the bills and papers, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we run things every day. We don't have any fancy displays, just the usual items people expect to find when they walk in.
