Shree Jaladeep General Store

I spend most of my days here at F 8 in the Bhagya Laxmi Shoping Center. If you know Samta Road in Subhanpura, you’ve probably seen our sign out front. Being near Pdil means we get a lot of people passing through our part of Vadodara. It is just a regular general store where we try to keep what people in the neighborhood actually need for their homes. The shop isn't huge, but it gets the job done for the locals. I started this because I wanted something of my own in this part of town. Most mornings start with moving boxes and checking what ran out the day before. Sometimes the fans don't work right and it gets hot inside, but that is just how it is in this heat. Neighbors from around the shopping center stop by for a chat while they pick up their milk or soap. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading back home. I don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things are on the shelves and ready for you. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It is nice seeing the same faces every week. People know where to find us if they need something quick. There is no fancy office here, just the counter and the aisles. I try to keep it organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit messy. That’s life in a shop like this.
