Shree Ganesh Dosha Center

You can find Shree Ganesh Dosha Center right at the corner of 1st Main Road and 2nd Cross in Alkapuri. We’re pretty close to the 80 Feet Peripherals Road, which brings in a lot of people driving by. The setup is pretty simple, just a large tawa and some space for people to stand and eat. We do have a couple of small tables, but most people just lean against their bikes or stand around. It’s a busy corner, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down and it gets a bit cooler. We’ve been making dosas here for a long time. The batter is something we prep every single morning. We don’t use any fancy machines, just our hands and the hot plates. Sometimes the lines get a bit long and people have to wait, but nobody seems to mind too much. It’s a loud spot with all the traffic from the peripheral road nearby. We don’t have any air conditioning or big fans, just the open air. The smell of the food usually brings people in. My cousin helps me with the orders while I handle the cooking. We aren't looking to become a big chain or anything. We just like serving the folks in Alkapuri. It’s a decent living and we get to talk to a lot of neighbors every day. We close up once the batter runs out, which is usually by nine.
