Sd Surgical Company is in the Gf-2/6 Parshav Bhumi Complex. We are down the Optic Palace Lane in the Limda Pole area of Raopura. Limda Pole is an old part of the city. The lanes are very narrow and it’s hard to drive a car through here. Most people walk or use scooters. The buildings are built very close together. Our place is on the ground floor of the complex, which is lucky because we don’t have to carry heavy boxes up the stairs. It’s a bit dark inside since the buildings are so close, so we have the lights on all day. The complex is quite old and the walls are thick. We have a lot of metal racks filled with different products. We spend a lot of time counting things and making sure the labels are correct. There is a lot of history in this part of Raopura. You can hear the sounds of the local market nearby. Sometimes the smell of street food drifts into the lane. We’ve been here for a long time and know all the neighboring shopkeepers. It’s a tight-knit community. We don’t have a fancy office, just a few wooden tables and chairs. Everything is functional. We close up early in the evening because the lanes get even more crowded then. It’s a busy, cramped, but very real place to work every day. We usually leave before it gets too dark out.
