R-Mart Digicom Private Limited

Our office is located at B-7 in Banyan City Phase-II. It is right across from Omkara Heritage on the New VIP Road in Vadodara. The area is pretty easy to find, which is good for us and anyone else coming by. R-Mart Digicom Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside it is just a few of us trying to stay on top of things. We have got a basic setup with some computers and a table for meetings that usually ends up covered in folders and notebooks. The New VIP Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic outside. We don’t mind it much. We aren't a corporate giant with a shiny glass building. We are just in a regular commercial block. We handle digital and communication work, mostly just answering emails and making sure our systems are running like they should. There is no fancy dress code here. Most days I just wear a plain shirt and some jeans. We try to be helpful when people call, but we don't use a script or anything corporate like that. We just talk like normal people. It is a small operation and we honestly like it that way. We don’t have a lot of overhead or big managers checking our every move. We just do the work that needs doing and try to stay organized. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
