We have a few rooms with desks and computers. The garden across the road is a nice view when we need a break from looking at the screens. Vadodara is a good city to be in, and this area is quite established. We have been here for a while and the people in the society are used to us being around. We do not have a big flashy sign out front. It is a small, quiet operation. We do marketing work, but it is the practical kind, mostly dealing with other businesses and making sure things get delivered on time. There is no corporate hierarchy that you might find in a bigger city. We all just pitch in and do what is needed for the day. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to do, other times we leave on time. It is a very human way to run a business. No big promises or fancy words, just showing up at 6 Param Park and doing the job. It works for us and our neighbors.
