Rawat Construction

Rawat Construction is based over in Makarpura, specifically at D 146 near the Lilanagar Char Rasta. We are close to the Geeta Mandir, which makes it easy to explain our location to people who aren't familiar with this side of town. Most of our days are spent out at various sites, so the office is often empty except for when we are doing the accounts or meeting a client. My boots are usually covered in mud or cement dust, and there is always a stack of blueprints sitting on the table. We started out small, just doing minor repairs, and gradually moved on to bigger projects as we got more experience. It is hard work and the sun can be brutal when we are out on a roof or laying a foundation. We don't have a big team of fancy architects; we just have a few reliable guys who know how to build things properly. Sometimes materials don't show up on time, or the weather ruins our plans for the week, but we just adjust and keep going. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to homeowners. We just tell them what can be done and how long it will likely take. It is a grounded way of working that keeps us busy throughout the year. Being right by the Char Rasta means there is always something happening outside the door.
