We are over in Suvarnaganga Society in the Manjalpur part of Vadodara. Our place is really close to Panchsheel School. During the day, we can hear the school bells and the sounds of children playing outside. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a typical business district. Our office is actually just a house that we converted so we could have a place to work. It’s comfortable and has a bit of a homey feel to it. We have set up desks in the main rooms and use the back area for storing all our documents. There are only a few of us working here. Most of the neighbors know us by now since we’ve been here for a long while. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate by the gate. We spend most of our time going through records and making sure everything is correct. It is steady work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We usually sit together in the small kitchen to eat our lunch. We talk about local news or whatever is happening in our lives. We like the pace of things here in Vadodara. It is not too fast. We aren't trying to do anything grand. We just want to do our jobs properly. If the front gate is open, it means we are inside working. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine.
