Rathva Rajesh Nathu

My name is Rajesh Nathu and my place is right by the Shiv Bus Depo in Kawant. If you’ve ever waited for a bus around here, you’ve probably seen me. It’s a very active spot to be in. There are people coming and going at all hours, especially in the early morning when the first buses start their routes. I usually have the shutters up before the first engine starts. The noise of the buses is something I don’t even notice anymore. It’s just the background of my workday. Working near the depot means I see a lot of travelers and people from the nearby villages. It keeps things interesting because you never know who is going to walk through the door next. The space I have isn't very big, so things can get a bit cramped when it's busy. I try to keep it as tidy as I can, but with so many people passing through, it’s a constant task. I don’t use any big fancy words to describe what I do. I just provide a service to the people who need it. It’s a tough way to make a living sometimes, but I like being in the middle of all the action in Kawant. My family has been in this area for a long time, so I feel like I belong here. Just a simple man running a simple business by the bus station. I’ll probably be here for a long time.
