Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Aeronautics

We are based over at Alkapuri B 2. The Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Aeronautics has been around for a while, though our setup at B 2 is pretty straightforward. It is not a massive campus with runways; it is where we do the classroom work and the ground stuff. The rooms are basic, with desks and chairs and some old models of planes sitting on the shelves. We have got some dust on the shelves sometimes, but we try to keep the place decent for when people show up. Aeronautics is a tough subject, so we spend a lot of time just looking at manuals and talking about how things fly. The neighborhood in Alkapuri is generally calm. We do not have a big sign with flashing lights. Most people find us because they know someone who came here before. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad. We start our days with tea and then get into the lessons. Sometimes the chalkboard gets a bit messy and we run out of chalk. It is a real school, not a fancy corporate training center. We teach what we know and try to make sure everyone understands the basics. My chair squeaks a bit when I sit down, but it is comfortable enough for a long day. We are just here doing our bit for those interested in the sky. It is practical work for practical people.
