We have been here at Race Course for quite some time now. R A Electronics Pvt Ltd started in a small corner and eventually we took over this whole space. It’s not fancy, just a lot of shelves filled with boxes and some testing equipment that’s seen better days. The traffic outside is always a bit much, especially when there is an event at the course, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Most of our days are spent checking orders or trying to find a specific part for a customer who isn't even sure what they need. We keep the fans running all day because it gets stuffy with all the machines plugged in. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle to find the entrance since the sign has faded a bit over the years. We usually have tea from the stall across the road around four o’clock, which is the highlight of the afternoon. There are four of us working here currently. We don’t really do much in the way of big meetings or anything like that. We just sit at our benches, do the work, and head home when the shutters go down. It’s a steady rhythm that suits us well enough. The floor is concrete and a bit cracked in the corners, but it holds up under the weight of the inventory. We have an old clock on the wall that loses five minutes every week, but we never bother to fix it properly.
