Punj Lloyd Ltd New Mumbai

Even though the name says New Mumbai, we are actually located in Baroda, over at Shanti Nagar Apartments. Specifically, we are in A 2, right across from the Arunachal Society in Subhanpura. It’s a bit confusing for some people when they first see the name, but this is where we’ve been set up for quite some time now. The apartment has been converted into a workspace where we manage a lot of the regional activities for Punj Lloyd. It’s a comfortable enough spot, with a few different rooms for the admin and the engineering teams. We have a good view of the street from the windows, and Subhanpura is a busy part of Baroda so there is always something going on outside. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a receptionist; you just walk in and find whoever you’re looking for. Most of the time, the tables are covered in site reports and ledger books. We try to keep things organized, but it can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and just go about our business quietly. It’s a very grounded way to work, being in a residential building. We handle the paperwork and the planning here so that the guys on the ground have everything they need to keep the projects moving forward.
