We've been here at Taksh Complex on Vasna Road for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks handling papers for people who come in asking about their policies. Being in Vadodara, we see a lot of local folks who just want to make sure their cars or shops are covered if something goes wrong. It isn't always exciting work but it’s what we do. The office is in C 403, so you have to come up the stairs or take the lift. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise but we get through the day. Dealing with insurance claims involves a lot of back and forth with the main office and checking details on forms. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up when it gets busy. People stop by to pay their premiums or ask why their premium went up this year. We explain the numbers as clearly as we can without using too much technical talk because that just confuses everyone. It’s a small space but it works for what we need. Most of our regulars know where to find us. We keep some tea stuff in the corner for when the afternoon slump hits. It’s just a regular insurance spot where we handle the documents and talk to the neighbors about their coverage needs. It’s simple, really. There is a small shop downstairs where we usually get our lunch when we are too busy to go home.
