Swaminarayan Pest Control Services

Swaminarayan Pest Control Services is located at what we call the Pest Control House on Kumbharvada Road. We are in the Pratapnagar area, not far from Lalbaug. The shop is pretty easy to spot because of the equipment we keep out front. I started this business because there were always problems with bugs in this part of town and I knew how to handle them. We aren't some big national chain with fancy trucks. We have a couple of vans that have seen better days, but they get us to the jobs. Most days we are out at people's houses or at local shops dealing with termites or cockroaches. It’s messy work and we often come home smelling like chemicals. We keep our supplies stored in the back of the building. It’s a family-run thing, so my nephew helps me with the bookings and the harder physical labor. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just look at the problem and tell them what it will take to clear it out. We’ve been in Pratapnagar for a long time, so we know which streets have the most issues during the monsoon season. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just rely on the fact that if we do a good job, the neighbors will tell each other. That’s how we’ve kept the lights on all these years.
