Our business is tucked away in Naswadi, specifically around 5th Main and 4th Cross. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which is good for the kind of work we do. Ramesh has been running things here for a while, and we’ve all just kind of settled into a routine that works. The office is really just a room with some tables and a lot of paper. We aren't big on digital everything; we still like our physical records and handwritten notes. It feels more real that way. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually greets people when they walk in. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, especially when we’re busy, but we always know where everything is eventually. We're just local people working in Naswadi. We don't put on airs or try to act like we're more than we are. If you come by, you’ll likely see us just working through the daily pile of tasks. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep things friendly. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. We’ve been at 5th Main for years and don't see any reason to change. It’s a steady life and a steady business. We aren't looking for awards, just looking to keep the doors open and the work coming in.
