Being right behind the RTO in Vadodara means we see a lot of people and cars all day long. The office is D-88 and it’s a straightforward place where Pradeepkumar handles the daily grind of the business. It gets really dusty around here because of all the vehicles and the open roads but we just keep the door shut and the fan going. We don’t have a big staff, it’s mostly just a one or two person operation depending on how much work there is that week. The walls have a few calendars on them and some old photos of the family. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working through a stack of papers that never seems to get any smaller. Vadodara can get really hot in the summer so we drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade of the building. We’ve been in this location for a long time and we know all the tea stalls and the snack shops nearby. It’s a very practical way to work without any of the fluff you find in bigger companies. We don’t have a website or a marketing person, people just know we are here behind the RTO and they come find us when they need something. It’s a humble setup but it has served us well and we plan to stay here as long as the work keeps coming in.
