Prabha Embroiders

Prabha Embroiders is a small shop located at Shop 4 in the Ambegaonkar Wada area. We are right by the Kuber Nagar Char Rasta in Dandia Bazar. It is a very busy spot with lots of people walking by all the time. If you come looking for us, you’ll find us near Kharivav Jambubet. The shop is small, and we have embroidery machines and thread everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. The walls are covered in samples and bits of fabric. Being in a Wada gives it a very old-school feel. It gets quite loud with the traffic from Char Rasta and the voices of other shopkeepers nearby. We spend our days working on different patterns and fixing machines when they get stuck. It’s a lot of manual work and looking closely at tiny stitches. Sometimes the light in the shop isn't great, so we have to move closer to the door. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just sit in Shop 4 and do the embroidery as it comes. People from the neighborhood stop by to chat or ask about their orders. It’s a simple business in a very traditional part of town. We just like the work and the fact that we are right in the middle of the bazar action.
