Plaction International Private Limited

We’re up on the fourth floor of the Race Course Tower. Room 412, to be exact. Race Course is a pretty well-known part of Vadodara, so most people don't have trouble finding us. Plaction International Private Limited is the name on the door. It’s an office building, so it’s a bit more formal than a warehouse, but our actual office is quite relaxed. There are books and files scattered around. We handle international trade and logistics, which means a lot of late-night emails because of the time differences. Sometimes we are here when the sun comes up. The view from the window is okay, mostly just other buildings and the busy street below. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. It’s a small team. We’ve worked in this industry for a long time and decided to set up our own shop here. The elevator in the tower is a bit slow sometimes, so we often take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We just try to keep things moving. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just want to make sure our clients' goods get from point A to point B without any issues. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking everything. We enjoy the work, even when it’s stressful. Sometimes we go downstairs for coffee when things get too quiet in the office.
