Patil Amita Shantaram

We are located in the Bajwa Ankaleshwar area, specifically at the Bhatt Chawl on Parsi Panchayat Road. It is number 14. Being in a chawl means we are always close to our neighbors and there is always some kind of noise or conversation going on nearby. It is a very lived-in place with a lot of history. Patil Amita Shantaram is just a small local setup where we handle our daily business. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people just know where the chawl is and they find us that way. The road outside can get a bit dusty and busy with all the trucks and local traffic, but that is just life around Parsi Panchayat Road. We have been doing this for a while and we have a routine that works for us. Our space is small but it has everything we need to do our job. We don't really bother with any of that modern corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes people stop by just to say hello while they are passing through the chawl. It is a friendly enough place once you get to know the people. We like the fact that we are right here in the middle of everything rather than in some far-off office building.
