Patel Narendra Mafatlal

If you visit us in Vadodara, you’ll find us in units 201 and 202. Patel Narendra Mafatlal is the person who started this whole thing. We ended up taking two rooms because one just wasn't enough for all the stuff we ended up accumulating. It’s a modest setup. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine for guests. If you want water, we’ve got a filter in the corner. We spend most of our time at our desks, working through whatever paperwork has landed there that morning. Vadodara is a good city for us because it’s where we grew up and where we know how things work. Being in 201 and 202 means we have a bit of space to spread out, which helps when things get busy. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people we’re here if they need us. The building itself is pretty average, just like any other office block in this part of town. We’ve got some regular folks who stop by just to say hello, and we like that. It makes the workday go by a little faster. We don’t have any big goals of taking over the industry. We just want to keep the lights on and do a good job for the folks who come through our door. Sometimes the elevator breaks down and we have to take the stairs, but we’re used to it by now.
