Param Projects

Our place is over at Plot No. 736 in the G.I.D.C. Estate in Makarpura. If you’ve ever been through this industrial area, you know how it gets with the trucks and the dust everywhere. We set up here because it’s where all the action is. Most days we are just buried in drawings and trying to figure out how to get the next phase of a job finished. It’s mostly project work, which means one day is totally different from the next. We deal with a lot of heavy parts and sometimes the logistics of moving things around the estate is a real headache. The tea stall around the corner is basically where we have all our meetings because the office is usually too cluttered with files and samples. We have a small crew that has stayed with us for a few years now. They know the routine. We don’t really do much advertising because most of the work comes from other businesses nearby who just know we are here. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back so we can finish the welding. It’s just how it goes in Makarpura. We keep the machines oiled and try to stay on top of the schedule, though something always seems to come up last minute that needs fixing. That’s just the nature of doing projects I guess. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
