My office is at H-101 in the Yogidarshan Duplex in Manjalpur. I am Mahendrasinh K. Solanki Hospitality Consultant and I work from this spot. It’s a duplex, so it feels more like a house than a corporate office environment. I’ve lived and worked around here for a long time now. The desk is usually covered in folders and notes from different hotels and restaurants I'm helping out with their operations. I don't have a big team of people; it’s mostly just me handling the details. Manjalpur is a nice area, fairly quiet for the most part of the day. Clients sometimes come by to talk about their businesses, and we just sit in the front room and go over things. I don't use much fancy technology, just my phone and a laptop that’s seen better days and is a bit slow. The neighbors are used to seeing people coming and going for meetings. It’s a straightforward way to work. I don't have a shiny lobby or a secretary sitting at a desk. If the doorbell rings, I’m usually the one who answers it. I spend a lot of time on the road visiting sites, but this duplex is where all the planning happens. It’s a modest setup but it works for what I do. I just try to give practical advice based on what I’ve seen over the years in the industry. It is just honest work done from my home.
