Othello Devlopers is based in Baroda at E 404 Kunj Plaza, which is right near the Polo Club on Rajmahal Road. It is a good location in a city that is always growing. Our office is up on the fourth floor, so we have a bit of a view of the surrounding area. As developers, we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. There is always a lot of dust on the boots and blueprints spread out over the desks. We are not into the flashy side of real estate. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people who use them. Our day-to-day involves a lot of site visits and checking up on progress. We have a small office staff that keeps the paperwork in order, which is no easy task with all the regulations these days. We have been in Baroda for a while and have seen the city expand in every direction. It is nice to be near the Polo Club; it gives the area a bit of character. We do not use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just buy the materials, hire the labor, and try to get the projects finished on time. Some days it is frustrating when things get delayed, but we just keep pushing through. It is a practical business and we like seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building.
