Nutan Eye Hospital Shah

Nutan Eye Hospital Shah is out here on the Highway at number 20. We are inside the Devdeep Shopping Centre, which is right across from Tashkent Society and Deluxe Society. Asoj is where we call home, specifically on Gangor Street. Being near the highway means we get a lot of dust, so I am always wiping down the counters. The hospital is mainly for eyes, so we have all those machines for testing sight. The shopping center is usually busy, so there is always something going on outside our door. It is not the quietest place, but it is convenient for people living in the societies across the road. We have a few rows of chairs for people waiting their turn. I try to keep some water available because it gets hot in the afternoons. The floor is that old tile that is hard to keep looking shiny, but we do our best. We see a lot of older folks who have been living in this part of Asoj for decades. It is nice to hear their stories while they wait. We are not a giant hospital with hundreds of doctors. It is just a few of us here every day. We handle the eye exams and the glasses and whatever else comes up. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but it still keeps the room cool enough for everyone.
