Our place is at B-7 in the Vinayak Duplex, right near Marutinandan Society in Kalali. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet until the delivery trucks start pulling in. Ceramics is a tough business because things break if you aren't careful. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes around and making sure the inventory counts actually match what's on the paper. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, no matter how much we try to keep it tidy. Being in a duplex means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise early in the morning. People around Kalali know us as the folks who are always busy with tiles and clay products. It’s not a glamorous job, just honest work. We spend our days checking for cracks or chips and talking to builders who need stuff for their projects. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets to be a bit much, but that’s just part of life here. We’ve had our share of long days where nothing seems to go right, but we just come back the next morning and try again. Nexta Ceramics Private Limited is basically just a group of us trying to make a living and providing what people ask for. We don’t have a big corporate lobby, just a desk and a lot of samples lying around. It works for us and keeps us out of trouble most of the time.
