We are located at 37/54, 7Th Cross St., Tatabad, Gandhipuram, right where Decoflora Gardeners is. It’s an interesting spot because of all the greenery around from the plants. Our work involves the marketing side of agriculture, which mostly means we deal with a lot of paperwork and talking to people about crops and supplies. It’s a co-operative, so things move at their own pace. We aren't trying to be a high-speed trading firm. We are just here to help organize how things get from the farm to the market. The office in Tatabad is small and often smells like damp earth because of the gardeners nearby. We have stacks of ledgers and files that go back quite a few years. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps it a little quieter. Most of us here have been doing this for a long time. We know the local farmers and the cycles of the seasons. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology if a simple phone call or a handwritten note will work. Sometimes the printer jams or the fans make too much noise, but we just deal with it. It’s an honest place where we focus on the basic needs of the agricultural community. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to get the products moved to where they need to go.
