Our small office is at 305 Dandia Bazar. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded with vehicles and shoppers. We chose this spot because it’s right in the heart of the action. We help people with all the headaches that come with owning a car, like the paperwork, the transfers, and the insurance bits. It’s not the most exciting job, but people need help with it. The office is on the third floor, so there are a lot of steps to climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than I’d like. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in forms and folders. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait. We try to get things done as fast as we can, but the government offices take their own time. I usually spend my morning going through the new rules and my afternoons meeting people who want to buy or sell their old cars. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of handwriting. We don't use any fancy software for our consulting; just a good old-fashioned pen and paper mostly. There’s a snack shop across the street that makes the best samosas, so that’s where you’ll usually find me during the lunch hour. We’ve been at Dandia Bazar for years, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’re still here.
