We've been running things here at House No 34 in Abhilasha Society for a while now. It’s a quiet spot on New Sama Road in Baroda, and that suits us just fine. Most days, we’re just busy dealing with the usual management paperwork and trying to keep everything organized for the people who rely on us. It isn't always glamorous work, but it needs doing. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just us sitting around the office figuring out the next step for a project. We started Naman Integrated Management Services because there was a need for it in this area. People know where to find us if they need a hand with their business processes or just want to chat about how to get things moving. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists, just a small team working out of this house. It feels more like a home than an office anyway. If you're coming from the main road, look for the society gate. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. Sometimes we get behind on emails when we're out on a site, but we always get back to people eventually. It’s just how we do things here in Baroda. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same address, doing the same daily tasks. It takes a lot of focus to keep up with the rules and regulations, but we manage it one day at a time.
