We are located at shop number 7 in the Sakar Complex, which is in the Raopura area of Vadodara. Specifically, we are in the Sanstha Vasahat section. Raopura is one of the older, busier parts of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. The complex itself has a lot of different shops, but we’ve been in this particular unit for quite some time. Being a medical agency, we handle a lot of boxes and paperwork throughout the day. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a little cramped when a new shipment arrives. We spend most of our time unpacking those boxes and checking the invoices. It’s a bit of a repetitive job, but it’s important to get the numbers right. People from the surrounding neighborhood stop in frequently. Some of them have been coming to us since we first opened. We don't go in for any big advertisements or polished slogans. We just focus on keeping the stock levels where they should be. The lighting in the back of the shop isn't the best, so we do most of our work near the front counter where the sun comes in. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We close up once the evening rush in Raopura starts to die down. It’s been a reliable place for us to work over the years. We just try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
